I was very sad to hear of the passing of Earl Dean Hicks. He was my math and physics teacher at Perry High School and one of the best teachers I ever had. In fact he prepared me so well for OSU that I found the math and physics classes there to be just a review of what he taught me. He also contributed so much to the Perry community. He was truly a fine teacher and citizen and will be remembered and missed by many including me.
