Betty Jean Harman-Phillips

Betty Harman-Phillips, 97, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on February 27, 2026. She entered this world on August 31, 1928, in Billings, Oklahoma, born to Otto and Hettie Cook Enfield.

Graveside services will be held 11 am Thursday, March 5, 2026, in the Polo Cemetery with Pastor Tom LaGrand officiating. Graveside services are in care of Brown - Dugger Funeral Home of Perry, OK.

Betty attended school in Billings and graduated in 1946. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and most of all spoiling her grandchildren.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Charles Harman of Billings and her daughter, LaDona Hays and husband, Terry of Mannford, OK, grandchildren; Brittany Momsen and husband, Dariel , Casey Harman and companion Henryetta all of Enid, OK Kayli Harman and husband, Seth of Carnagie, OK, great grandchildren, Gabby, Xayli, John, Eli, and Emori. She is also survived by her brother, Donald Enfield and wife, Patty of Enid, OK and sister in law, Ethel Enfield of Billings, OK and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Calvert Harman and Kenneth Phillips, and brothers, Claude Enfield, Eldon Enfield, Harold Enfield, Arthur Enfield.
