Cheryl Elaine Stodola, 63, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Rudolph Lawrence and Dorsie Dale Thompson Beier. She was born May 17, 1950 in Stillwater, Oklahoma and died Sunday, August 11, 2013 at The Commons in Enid, Oklahoma. Cheryl was a 1968 graduate of Morrison High School. She enjoyed collecting crosses and angels, her Oklahoma State University Cowboys, dogs, music, dancing and traveling in their motor home. Her true passion in life was fashion and jewelry she loved her work as a stylist. Cheryl above all cherished her family and loved the time spent with her family at the family get togethers. Cheryl married her best friend and sweetheart, Mike Stodola on December 31, 1987 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Perry, Oklahoma. She was president of Operation Blessing and was active with Relay for Life in Perry, Oklahoma. Cheryl was an active member at the Zion Lutheran Church where you could find her teaching Sunday school or doing her duties as the Financial Secretary for the church. She was also a member of WELCA. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 15, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Pastor Dan Thimell will officiate. Interment will be at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association or the Zion Lutheran Church in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Cheryl is survived by her husband, Mike of the home son, Brock Campbell of Edmond, Oklahoma brother, Rudolph Randy Beier of Perry, Oklahoma sister, Melody Gale of Edmond, Oklahoma niece, Marcia Simpson of Edmond, Oklahoma great niece, Mallory Simpson of Edmond, Oklahoma great nephew, Campbell Simpson of Edmond, Oklahoma.
