Christopher W. Dennis, 46, of Glencoe, OK died Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at his residence. Christopher was born on July 11, 1970, in Phoenix, AZ to Raymond E. Dennis and Diana Rose Cox. He was a welder and worked on the pipeline and oil fields.

Chris, as he was known to those who knew him, was a kind natured, soft hearted person who was always willing to help in any situation. He loved motorcycles, classic and Christian rock music and was a fanatical fan of the OU Sooners. He loved to grill and was known for his keen sense of humor.

Chris is survived by his mother, Diana James of Glencoe, OK, his father, Raymond E. Dennis of Yale, OK: his children, Devin Wayne of Homer, NE and Stevie Nicole Dennis of Yale, OK. Step-daughter, Madelyn Bratcher of New Mexico. Sister, Tonya Thompson of Yale, OK; step-brothers, John James of Shamrock, TX, and Chad Heilmann of Glenpool, OK. A step-sister, Desiree Calloway of Sand Springs, OK. Nephews, Jordan Saucedo of Edmond, OK and Scott Lytle of Jennings, OK. Niece, Jayden Williams of Yale, OK. As well as a host of other friends and distant relatives.

Services for Mr. Dennis will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 10:00 am in the Yale, OK Church of God with Mike Clark and Bob Brown officiating. There will be no public visitation hours.

For those desiring, memorial donations may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in the care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N 7th Street, Perry, OK 73077. The family requests that flowers be sent directly to the church.
