Edna Kukuk

Edna Christine Kukuk, 97, of Dover, Ohio, formerly of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Niels and Victoria P. Pedersen Rask. She was born on September 15, 1912 in Grand Island, Nebraska and died Sunday, January 31, 2010 in Dover, Ohio. On November 27, 1947, Edna married Ernest Hamilton Kukuk in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on November 11, 1986. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Christ Lutheran Church. Rev. William Metz will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2010 at BrownDugger Funeral Home. Shaw of Strasburg, Ohio and Edward M. Kukuk of Torrington, Wyoming nine stepgrandchildren and eighteen stepgreat grandchildren and three sistersinlaw, Alva Leonard of Carrolton, Texas, Lela May Buffington of Perry, Oklahoma and Lillian Rask of Alliance, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Kukuk, parents, Niels and Victoria Rask, four brothers, Raymond Rask, William Rask, Pete Rask and Glenn Rask and one stepson, Charles William Kukuk.
