Erma Lee Wildowsky, 77, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Patrick Henry and Dema Bell King Vaughan. She was born on September 3, 1934 in Covington, Oklahoma and died on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Erma graduated from Hayward High School. She owned her own beauty shop for 25 years and also ran a rabbit ranch where she raised thousands of rabbits. Erma also worked for the VA Hospital in Bonham, Texas where after twenty years she retired in 2001. She moved to Perry from Bonham, Texas three years ago. She was a member of the Elks Lodge in Bonham, Texas and Erma was also volunteered for Foster Grandparents. Memorial Services will be held 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the BrownDugger Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. John Vaughan. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with defraying funeral and medical expenses in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Erma is survived by her niece and best friend, Patsy Streller of Perry, Oklahoma two sons, Bruce Mitchell of Enid, Oklahoma and Terry Mitchell of Dexter, Iowa one daughter, Becky Grijalva of Bonham, Texas one brother, Lester Vaughan of Enid, Oklahoma nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her second husband Bob Holmes one son, Jerry Mitchell one grandson, Bubba both her parents and eleven brothers and sisters.
