H.L. Mandeville Jr., 78, was the son of Horace Lewis and Dorothy Irene Vance Mandeville. He was born on January 29, 1934 in Princeton, West Virginia and died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Perry, Oklahoma. He married Sheryl Ann Mandeville on October 28, 1964 in Hampton, Virginia to this union two children were born, Mellissa and Nicki. H.L. served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War he was awarded the Good Conduct China Service medal, the Korean service medal and the National Defense medal. He enjoyed gardening and visiting with friends but most of all he loved to spend time with his grandkids and family. He drove cars for RubleVance for many years. H.L. was a member of the VFW and American Legion Post 53. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2012 at the First Methodist Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Rev. Michael Strange will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery, Perry, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to American Legion Post 53 in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th, Perry, Oklahoma 73077 H.L. is survived three daughters, Rhonda Ann Mandeville Kromer of Belleview, Idaho, Mellissa Lee Mandeville Agee and her husband, Richard of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Nicole Lee Mandeville Watson and her, husband Clinton of Perry, Oklahoma ten grandchildren, Alexandria Marie Agee from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Savannah Caroline Brisco, Bailey Lee Ann Agee and Jake Reed Brisco all of Perry, Oklahoma, Cassidy Jenelle Agee , Ryker Wayne Agee, Rayden Wayne Agee all of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, Ashley Nichole Brisco Gillespie of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Douglas Royce White, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Deryk Michael White, Belleview, Idaho one great grandchild, Brandon Cole Gillespie of Stillwater, Oklahoma former son in law, Barry Brisco of Enid, Oklahoma Sheryl Ann Mandeville of Perry, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Dorothy Mandeville one son, Horace Lewis Mandeville III one sister, Sarah Jane Smith.
