Hugo Friedemann

Hugo W. Friedemann, 78, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the son of Hugo William and Agnes Clare Bamberger Friedemann. He was born on July 25, 1933 in Noble County, Oklahoma and died Friday, November 25, 2011 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was a 1951 graduate of Sumner High School. On May 28, 1955, Hugo married Rosa L. Swart in Perry, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on January 3, 1992. Hugo was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church, where he served on the Board of Elders. He was also a member of the Perry Noon Lions Club, the LUTC and served on the Perry Memorial Hospital Board of Directors and the Perry Golf and Country Club Board of Directors. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Christ Lutheran Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Rev. William Metz will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Christ Lutheran Church or the Judith Karman Hospice in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Hugo is survived by his three children, Sandra F. Holmes and her husband, Jay, of Edmond, Oklahoma, Richard William Friedemann of Las Vegas, Nevada and Beth A. Peoch of Anne Masse, France five grandchildren, Jeremy Holmes, Phillip Holmes and Elizabeth Holmes, all of Edmond, Oklahoma and Guillaume Peoch and Leslie Peoch, both of Anne Masse, France and one sister, Barbara Humphries of Richardson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Friedemann his parents, Hugo and Agnes Friedemann and one daughter, Suzanne Friedemann.
