John Wehmeier

June 25, 1957 — February 9, 2013

John Ernest Wehmeier, 55, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, was the son of Walter Junior and Doris Grace McBeth Wehmeier. He was born June 25, 1957 Newark, New York and died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at St. Marys Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. He entered the Northern Oklahoma Resource Program in 1967 upon completion of the program he became a resident and was active in the recycling program. John enjoyed watching TV and listening to music. His favorite way to pass the time was spending it with his family. John will be remembered for his loving personality and his beautiful smile. He attended chapel at the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center but was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 504 S. Knoblock St., Stillwater, Oklahoma. Rev. Frank Kinast will officiate. Interment will be in Richburg Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church of Stillwater or the Christ Lutheran Church of Perry in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Perry, Oklahoma 73077. John is survived by his father, Rev. Walter Wehmeier of the home one brother, Daniel Wehmeier of Gardner, Kansas two sisters, Grace Wehmeier of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Sara Belford of Girard, Illionis. He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Grace Wehmeier two brothers, Paul Wehmeier and Harry Wehmeier.
