Juanita Marie Couch Fitzsimmons, 55, of Perry, Oklahoma was born October 11, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas and died on August 22, 2013 in Perry, Oklahoma. She and James Ray Fitzsimmons, Jr. were married October 19, 2004, in Enid, Oklahoma. Juanita enjoyed reading, listening to music, watching soap operas and dancing. She also collected angels and cows. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the BrownDugger Funeral Home Chapel, Perry, Oklahoma. Pastor Ron Olson will officiate. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Juanita is survived by her husband, James, of the home four daughters, Kathy Blair of Austin, Texas, Frances Buller of Perry, Oklahoma, Rebecca Fines of Glencoe, Oklahoma, and Rosette Olson of Enid, Oklahoma one son, Sean Talley of Enid, OK two brothers, Jim Couch of Wichita Falls, Texas and Richard Couch of Enid, Oklahoma one sister, Carol Ricker of Slidell, Louisiana and nine grandchildren.
