Judith Mcmahan

Judith Irene McMahan, 74, of Garber, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Charles Rothman and Ruth Sheldon Williams Lang. She was born on February 15, 1938 in Enid, Oklahoma and died Thursday, July 19, 2012 at her residence in Garber, Oklahoma. She volunteered for Bass Hospital for many years and also worked as a hair stylist. Judith retired after 35 years working for the state school so that she could spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren which she adored. She enjoyed planting flowers and shrubs in yard and loved taking care of them. Judith married her best friend and love, John R. McMahan on March 21, 1959 in Enid, Oklahoma. John preceded Judith in death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Garber and enjoyed walking to services every Sunday. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2012 at First Baptist of Garber. Pastor Tom LeGrand will officiate. Interment will be in the Garber Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Garber, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to Circle of Love Hospice in care of Dugger Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Garber, Oklahoma 73738. Judith is survived her daughters, Constance Sue McMahan and Johnnie Irene McMahan both of Garber, Oklahoma two sisters nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John McMahan parents, Charles and Ruth Lang two daughters, Rebecca McMahan and Patricia Kinkead one brother.
