Kaylee Edgar

Kaylee Jess Edgar "KJ" entered into the arms of the Lord on May 23, 2016 at the age of 2 years, 4 months, 7 days. She was born January 6, 2014 to Tarah L. and Erik E. Edgar of Perry, OK.

She loved watching Bubble Guppies and Elmo on her DVD. She loved music of all types, nursery rhymes and playing with her father's Goatee. She loved kisses and was a joy to the Children's hospital staff and Children's Center in Bethany, Oklahoma.

She leaves her parents to mourn, and a big sister, Emory Mae Edgar, paternal grandparents, Bob and Nancy Edgar of Perry, maternal grandparents, Terry and Linda Nelson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, paternal great grandmother Melva Edgar, and her Uncle E.J. and wife April Edgar of Blackwell, Oklahoma. Cousins Merik, Maysa, and Madden.

She was preceded in death by her Uncle Kelly Nelson, paternal great grandparents Earl E. Edgar, and great grandmother Lillian I. Jeffery, maternal great grandpa Wayne Haen, great grandma Dora Haen, great grandpa Leroy Young, great grandma Winnie Young, great grandpa Elmer Nelson, great grandma Gene Nelson.

Kaylee's life brought inspiration to many people's lives, even though faced with many medical difficulties; she always had the spirit of joy and a contagious smile.

Family would like to thank the town of Perry and all the care givers for their support and prayers.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 27, 2016 in the Brown-Dugger Chapel 6:00 pm to 8 pm.

Celebration of Life services will be held at the First Baptist Church, 601 N. 7th, Perry, Oklahoma, at 10:00am, Saturday May 28, 2016, with Pastor Kim Hayes officiating. Because she's alive, with a new body, we the Family request that this not be solemn occasion; and in honor of the fact please wear bright colors to the celebration of Kaylee's New Life.
