Leslie Dean Albritton, 55, of Perry, Oklahoma was born on January 13, 1962 in Dallas, Texas. She is the daughter of Wayne and Virginia Dean. She was called to be with the Lord on Monday, November 20, 2017.
Leslie attended college at Tarleton State University where she received a bachelor's degree in science. She was always very studious and hardworking. While at college she met and married Sid Albritton. They were married in Clifton, Texas on July 17, 1983. They moved around a lot due to Sid's job and settled in Perry, Oklahoma in 2003,where they raised their 3 children. She was always putting her kids first. Whether it be a sick day or an evening of extracurricular activities, she never missed a day supporting them. Leslie was a very imaginative person who could get lost in her books all day if you'd let her. She also spent a lot of time at the schools in Perry substituting. Her happy place was the beach. She loved the idea of sitting on the beach and getting lost in an enjoyable book. She also loved swimming and beautiful floral arrangements, but sunflowers were especially her favorite.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, November 24, 2017 at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel in Perry, Oklahoma. There will be a luncheon afterwards at Dairyland for anyone who wishes to join the family. Services have been entrusted to the care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory are her husband, Sid Albritton of Perry, Oklahoma; daughter, Emily Albritton of Dallas, Texas; son, Zach Albritton and his wife Lauren of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; son, Jacob Albritton of Perry, Oklahoma; grandson, Hank Albritton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one sister, Gena and Gary Arnold of Clifton, Texas, and two brothers, Rem Dean of Austin, Texas and Erick and Debbie Dean of Richardson, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Virginia Dean.
