Linda Kay Feely Guernsey Manley, 63, formerly of Billings, Oklahoma, was born on October 18, 1947 to Daniel Clarence and Ida Frankie Skinner Feely in Enid, Oklahoma and passed away at 4:30 p.m. on April 20, 2011 at Duncan Regional Hospital after a long struggle with cancer. She spent her childhood in Davidson, Oklahoma before moving to Enid, Oklahoma. She met and married Floyd Guernsey. They had two children, a son Floyd Guernsey, Jr. and a daughter, Roxanne Guernsey. Linda attended school in Enid. In 1993, she met Brice Manley of Billings and they were united in marriage on June 14, 1996 in a country wedding. After the ceremony they resided in Billings, Oklahoma before moving to Devol, Oklahoma. Linda and Brice trucked across the country. She was proud of the fact that she logged one million miles of cross country trucking, where she was able to see fortyeight states and both Canada and Mexico. She retired from trucking in 2005, with her husband, in Duncan, Oklahoma, where she spent her final days happy raising her horse and various adopted dogs and cats. Linda was employed at Rush Metals of Billings, Oklahoma for many years before taking on a career in truck driving. She then worked surveillance for the Chickasaw Nation Casino in Duncan. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Baptist Church in Billings, Oklahoma. Brother Floyd Westfall will officiate. Interment will be in Billings Union Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home, Billings, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to Stephens County Humane Society or Noble County PAWS in care of Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 41, Billings, Oklahoma 74630. She is survived by her husband, Brice of the home one son, Floyd Guernsey, Jr. and his wife, Donelle, of Comanche, Oklahoma one daughter, Roxanne Guernsey, of Ponca City, Oklahoma one step daughter, Melanie Unruh, of Perry, Oklahoma nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
