Norma Jane McGlaslin Tabbert, 69, of Perry, Oklahoma died Tuesday, March 8, 2011. A traditional feast will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2011 at the OtoeMissouria Cultural Center in Red Rock. A memorial service will follow after the feast. A burial service will be in the OtoeMissouria Cemetery. Arrangements made by BrownDugger Funeral Home.
