Olive Emalene Schwab, 87, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Thomas Everett and Essie May Kirwin Dale. She was born on July 14, 1923 in Jenks, Oklahoma and died Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the Perry Memorial Hospital. On December 22, 1940, Emalene married Charles William Schwab in Perry, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1975. Emalene worked at Rush Metals and Perry Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Perry. Rev. Martin Foster will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2010 at BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene or the Noble County Relay for Life in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Emalene is survived by one son, Bill Schwab and his wife, Nancy, of Perry, Oklahoma three daughters, Patty Laughlin and her husband, Terry, of Cedar Hill, Texas, Leota Henry and Charlene Marker and her husband, Jimmy, all of Perry, Oklahoma six grandchildren, Robyn Dilley and her husband, Greg, of Merrimack, Oklahoma, Kirby Schwab and Carma Schwab, both of Perry, Oklahoma Cory Laughlin of Cedar Hill, Texas, Michael Henry of Edmond, Oklahoma and Hannah Marker of Perry, Oklahoma four greatgrandchildren, Keli Haxton and her husband, Rusty, of Glencoe, Oklahoma, Chris Dilley of Pawnee, Oklahoma, Chayce Schwab and Kameron Schwab, both of Jennings, Oklahoma one brother, Larry Dale and his wife, Sylvia, of Perry, Oklahoma one sister, Bonnie Kendle and her husband, Ernie, of Perry, Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Schwab one grandson, Andrew Marker her parents, Thomas and Essie Dale and four sisters, Dorothy Dale, Sharon Jack, JoAnn Graham and Shirley Vickers.
