Russell Carl Vanbiber, Jr., formerly of Perry has gone to be with the lord. He is survived by his wife Norma Jean of the home. The couple has resided in Spring, Texas for many years. Russell will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery of Perry under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry.
