Shawn was born in Fallbrook, California to Gregory and Kelli O’Laughlin on November 15, 1985. He received his primary education at Billings, graduating in 2005. After high school, Shawn attended NOC of Tonkawa. Shawn worked as a pipeliner in the oil and gas industry.
How would he want to be remembered? Shawn O’Laughlin; a man who loved nature. The woods were his second home. He enjoyed cutting wood with his chainsaws. He was a gifted carpenter and took very good care of his tools. Shawn also liked his trucks but his number one priority in life…Christina and his kids. He cherished spending time with his family, laughing and joking. Quick to smile, accepting of us just as we are, always there to lend a hand. Always with a full heart, Shawn wrote pages upon pages of deep thoughts, poetry, and sentiments. Shawn even picked out the song list for his funeral down to the last detail. We will honor his wishes.
