Terry Lee Cinnamon

November 5, 1968 — March 31, 2026

Terry Lee Cinnamon was born November 5, 1968 to Lonnie and Linda Cinnamon in Alva, Oklahoma. Terry's childhood was spent outside of Garber, Oklahoma on the family farm where his family raised pigs. This is where Terry found his passion for farrowing and finishing pigs. His childhood set the tone for the rest of his life. Terry attended Garber schools K-12. He was active in Garber High School participating in sports, FFA, and extra curriculum activities like National Honor Society and the Student Council. Terry was most active in FFA where he served many officer positions such as Secretary, Reporter, and Parliamentarian until he graduated in the class of 1987. That fall he attended Oklahoma State University. However, in 1988 he enlisted to serve in the United States Navy where he served as an Operational Specialist conducting multiple deployments in the Mediterranean and Middle East. During Terry’s time in the Navy he traveled to many different countries but stated that Spain was his favorite. After his years of travel he returned to his homeport in Charleston, South Carolina where he met the love of his life and future bride, Sandra Mulhair Cinnamon. He surprised her in the family farrowing barn by proposing where she said “yes.” Terry and Sandy married on April 30,1994 and settled in Garber, Oklahoma. Terry then took over the family business and started Triple C Swine. They welcomed their first daughter, Jessica Lea in 1997 and their second daughter, Emily Lea in 2000. Terry was able to share his wealth of knowledge and love for hard work and the discipline of showing pigs to his daughters. He adored taking them to as many pig shows as they could attend. He was so proud of their county, state and national FFA awards. Terry’s family and friends will remember his humor and storytelling. He always was able to liven up a room. Terry passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 31, 2026. He is survived by his wife Sandra, his daughters Emily and Jessica, his mother Linda, and his brother Robert and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Lonnie and his grandparents. A Celebration of Life will be held in the basement at the Garber Christian Church on April 25th at 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. Any donations to the family should be sent in Terry’s name to ‘The Wounded Veterans of Oklahoma, PO Box 3, Garber, OK 73738.’
