Todd Cardin, 61, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the son of Phillip Stanley Cardin and Evenly Alice Smith Cardin. He was born on October 30, 1948 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma and died Monday, May 17, 2010 in Perry, Oklahoma. Todd married Diane Jaree Barker on December 23, 1988 in the Assembly of God Church in Perry Oklahoma. He was a welder at Charles Machine Works and enjoyed rodeos, working his horses, singing and preaching. Todd was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Todd served his country as a member of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2010 at Assembly of God Church. Rev. Sam Jerome will officiate. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Todd Cardin final expense fund in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Todd is survived by his wife, Diane of the home one son, Drew Nelson and his wife, Kim, of Crescent, Oklahoma one daughter, Lisa Bottoms and her husband, Steve, of Bethany, Oklahoma, one son in law, Solomon Diaz of Perry, Oklahoma six grandchildren, Kelby Diaz of Dover, Oklahoma, Tabitha Diaz of Perry, Oklahoma, Rachel Nelson of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Hunter Nelson of Crescent, Oklahoma, Colton Johnson and Sophia Bottoms, both of Bethany, Oklahoma three brothers, Bill Cardin and his wife, Dovie, of Marshall, Oklahoma, Stanley Cardin and his wife, Kim, of Enid, Oklahoma, and Ted Cardin and his wife, Debbie, of Perry, Oklahoma seven sisters, Evelyn Spurgeon and her husband, Jack, and Louise Savoie and her husband, Don, all of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, JoAnn Vlakancic and Fern Cookie Manning, both of Perry, Oklahoma, Kitty Coffman and her husband, Jim, of Edmond, Oklahoma, Sandy McLaughin and her husband, Mike, of Hayward, Wisconsin and Alma Klinglesmith and her husband, Terry, of Anadarko, Oklahoma, numerous nieces and nephews.
