William Reynolds

William (Billy) H. Reynolds was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 20, 1943 to M.B. and Francis Reynolds. He had one brother, Melburn who passed away March 5, 2015. Billy and Melburn went to live at Enid State School in February of 1949. They were always very close. They both came to live at Billings Fairchild Center in 1966.

Billy was a die-hard Oklahoma State University Cowboys Fan and he wore the orange colors proudly. He had many, many, friends that will miss him dearly. He was always a bright spot on a dark day, making anyone thankful for one of his great hugs. He usually would give a compliment with every hug.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 10, 2017 at Union Cemetery in Billings, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Billings.
