Ellen Kaye Knori, 76, of Perry has joined her Lord and Savior in the kingdom of heaven.  She was born on January 3, 1946 in Perry to Wayne Knori and Helen Elizabeth Ritthaler Knori.  As an infant, she won the Cutest Baby of the Year contest for 1946 and became an honorary member of the Perry Chamber of Commerce.  That makes her the only lifelong member of the Perry Chamber.  Her hobbies include bird watching and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Helen Knori of Perry, sister Shirley Blaker and brother Sam Knori.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister Sandra Cockrum of Perry, brother Leon Knori and his wife Ruth of Perry, Brother-in-law Alan Blaker, nieces: Sheila Emerson and her husband Mark of Oklahoma City, Shelly Johnson and her husband Eddie of Perry, Amy Beth Hoff and her husband Derek of Tulsa, Nephews: Matt Knori of Perry and David Knori and his wife Amy of Poteau.

Friends are welcome to stop by Brown Dugger Funeral Home of Perry on Friday (10/21) from 3-5p.m. to sign her book and pay their respects.  The family will be present Friday (10/21) at an open house to receive guests from 6-8p.m.  Refreshments will be served.

Family will meet at Brown Dugger Funeral Home on Saturday (10/22) morning at 10:30 to process to Grace Hill Cemetery.  If you would like to join in, please be ready to line up at 10:30 at 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry.

Graveside Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday October 22, 2022 at the pavilion at Grace Hill Cemetery of Perry.  Albert Quick will officiate.  Casket bearers for the service will include: Melisa Gottfried, Gail Massey, Simberleigh Turnbow, Destinae Jones, Tricia Thatcher, and Maddie Davis.
